Cuisine
Dining aboard the Kalibobo Spirit is an experience that will be long remembered. Although there is no menu, our Chef can prepare most meals with a distictintly PNG flavour using PNG fresh vegetables, chicken, beef, pork and local seafoods. Each meal is carefully planned to provide the greatest variety possible.
Breakfast is normally buffet style with fresh fruit juices, local fruit, cereals, eggs cooked the way you like and served with bacon, sausages, tomatoes with toast, coffee and tea.
BBQ Lunches are sometimes served on the aft mid deck if conditions permit. At dinner, a full 3 or 4 course dinner is served with the finest wines.
All meals are included aloing woth Haus Wine at dinner.
Relaxing on Board
The ship has a number of places where you can just relax on one of four decks, or in the air conditioned comfort of the lounge. There is a very well stocked library featuring many books on PNG, a library of DVD and VHS Tapes featuring couture, customs and life in PNG and on occasions we invite a guest to lecture on specific special interest subjects. The bar is open as required which has a wide selection of spirits, wines, beers and soft drinks. If you want to be productive, drop a line over the back deck!
